Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Odin Store! We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Domestic Shipping & Delivery Timelines
We ship to all governorates across Egypt. Delivery times depend on your location: from
 2 to 7 business days.

Please note that orders are not processed or delivered on Fridays and official public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination. 

3. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS or email containing your tracking information, or our customer support team/courier will contact you directly via phone to coordinate the exact delivery time.

4. Wrong Address & Delivery Attempts
Please ensure your delivery address, phone number, and city are correct at checkout. Our courier will attempt to contact you up to 3 times to deliver your package. If the courier cannot reach you, the order will be canceled and returned to our warehouse.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method for all orders within Egypt. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready upon delivery.
